Dear President Obama:

You recently sent out an e-mail asking small business owners to comment on health care reform.
So, here is what I think.

When I started the Pacific Coast Business Times 10 years ago, I made a commitment to paying fair wages and providing quality health care for all full-time employees.

I have made good on my commitment but the cost of health care has risen about 43 percent since we started and it is starting to get out of control. For me, a really good outcome from the health care reform debate would be stabilizing health care costs — without adding big paperwork burdens to our companies.
