Jeff Paul gets new post
Jeff Paul has been named regional president of Rabobank, N.A.’s newly
created South Central Coast region.
As regional president, Paul
oversees the bank’s commercial and retail banking activities in Ventura
County and southern Santa Barbara County, encompassing 17 retail
branches and two commercial banking centers from Westlake Village to
Santa Ynez.
A banker for 29 years, Paul previously served as Rabobank’s
regional president for Ventura County. He spent nine years at City
National Bank, where he served as senior vice president and manager of
its Ventura County commercial banking center.
Paul spent two years at
American Commercial Bank in Ventura, serving as executive vice
president/chief operating officer and chief credit officer.
He spent
the first 16 years of his banking career with Bank of A. Levy,
progressing to regional manager. Paul earned a bachelor’s from Chico
State University in political science and graduated from the Pacific
Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
A native of
Ventura, Paul is a board member of the Community Memorial Healthcare
Foundation and a director and treasurer of the Livingston Visiting
Nurses Association and chair of its finance committee. He also serves
on the board of directors of the Museum of Ventura County.
