Light shines on The Oaks as more tenants are announced
Lucky for the Macerich Corp., renovations at The Oaks mall are reaching full bloom much faster than the slow growth of its namesake would suggest.
As reported by the Business Times in March, the shopping center developer had secured a slurry of new retailers at its Thousand Oaks mall, which has been undergoing extensive renovations for more than a year.
Since that report, Kate Spade, Teavana and Fruits & Passion have opened their doors. Now, The Oaks has announced the first of four restaurants that will anchor the mall’s food and entertainment area. Devon Seafood Grill will open in summer 2009.
