Who says there are no deals in the Tri-Counties? Here are some of the recent commercial real estate deals:

• Livingreen has leased 2,650 square feet of retail space at 614 N. Milpas, Santa Barbara. Brian Johnson and Bob Tuler of Radius Group represented the owner and Jim Turner of Latitude Inc. represented the lessee.

• Brian Johnson and Mike Chenoweth of Radius Group assisted both parties in the lease of 3,330 square feet of office space at the South Coast Business Park, 6420 Via Real, Suites 1 to 4, Carpinteria.

• Dave Salgado of Santa Ynez Valley Real Estate Co. represented the seller in the sale of 249,163 square feet of land at 2950 Mission Road, Solvang. Scott Glenn and Kirck Carson of Radius Group represented the buyer.
