San Luis Obispo Superior Court lands experienced new judge
Linda Hurst, the San Luis Obispo attorney recently appointed to the Superior Court bench in San Luis Obispo County, is used to looking at the law from a lot of different angles.
The 56-year-old Hurst has been a partner in Hall Hieatt & Connely since 2003 and before that was an associate with Smith, Helenius & Hayes for ten years before a stint in private practice. She started in criminal and personal injury defense, but lately has worked in medical malpractice, personal injury and construction defects, again on the defense side.
