Westlake Medical Center 80% pre-leased after $1M renovation

The million-dollar renovation of the Westlake Medical Center has been completed, and 80 percent of the building’s space has been pre-leased.
The two-story, 30,000-square-foot Westlake Medical Center is located within an established medical environment on Agoura Road in Westlake Village.
Tony Principe, president of Westlake Village-based Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services, marketing agent for owners Westlake Medical Center LLC, said Westlake Medical Center has been renovated inside and out. And he meant it. Everything from the landscaping and parking areas to the building’s roof, mechanical and electrical systems, common areas, restrooms, corridors, elevators, lighting and exterior paint was updated.
