Ventura branch to give Crowell Weedon hat trick in region
Financial services firm Crowell Weedon & Co. has its sights set on the Tri-Counties, announcing in early December that it’s opening a Ventura branch less than a year after arriving in Santa Barbara.
The Los Angeles-based firm will open its Ventura location — creating a three-branch cluster in the Tri-Counties — at 5740 Ralston St. in January or February. The office will start with four brokers but will eventually scale up to about a dozen, said Rob Skaar, manager of the new branch.
Crowell Weedon opened on Micheltorena Street in Santa Barbara in April, and has said it would like to eventually have about 13 brokers there.
