Santa Barbara flights restarted after LAX shooting
UPDATE: Santa Barbara Airport officials said United Airlines flights connecting through Los Angeles International Airport were no longer grounded as of 2 p.m. on Nov. 1. However, they still asked passengers to contact their airlines for questions about disruptions.

All United Airlines flights between the Santa Barbara Airport and Los Angeles International Airport were put on a ground stop after a shooting halted traffic at LAX on Nov. 1.
Santa Barbara Airport officials said no other flights had been affected as of 11:33 a.m. but encouraged passengers to call their airlines about potential schedule changes.
