QAD announced a quarterly dividend of 7.2 cents per share for Class A common stock and 6 cents per share for Class B common stock on Sept. 15.

QAD has declared the same dividend for 13 of the past 14 quarters.

Headed by QAD President and Chairman Pamela Lopker and her husband and CEO Karl Lopker, the Santa Barbara-based company makes cloud-based software for manufacturing.
