Pacific Coast Business Times has announced the winners of the 2024 Central Coast Innovation Awards to be presented at the Ritz Carlton Bacara on Thursday, March 28 in conjunction with our Startup Village of 24 university spinouts and community ventures.
Startup Village opens at 3 p.m. and the awards program begins at 4.30 p.m.
Winners are:
Alan J. Heeger Spirit of Innovation Award: Steve Dorfman, retired CEO of Hughes Space and Communications.
Corporate Innovator – Consumer: Ember
University Partner – Semiconductors: Transphorm
University Partner – Aerospace: Umbra
University Partner – Aerospace: ES Aero
Breaking New Ground – Energy: CZero
Breaking New Ground – Incubator: Fathomwerx
