Cholawsky did not release a prepared statement on her departure in the press release and could not be immediately reached for comment.

Cholawsky had served as CEO of HG Insights since April 2018. In a press release, board member and Partner at Riverwood Capital, Ramesh Venugopal, thanked Cholawsky for her years of service.

“Under her guidance, HG Insights has become a market leader in Technology Intelligence, powering the ‘Plan, Optimize, and Execute’ phases of go-to-market for a variety of technology companies globally. Thanks to her leadership, HG Insights is poised for continued success,” he said.

New CEO Kasturi most recently served as the EVP and chief product officer of SolarWinds, a observability and IT management solutions company where he led the company’s product management, marketing, portfolio, engineering and go-to-market strategy.

As CPO, he “transformed the company’s complex product portfolio into a successful subscription platform business,” according to a press release.
