Rabobank, N.A., announced April 1 it has promoted its Greater Santa
Barbara and Santa Ynez Valley Regional President Jeff DeVine to
commercial real estate division manager.

In his new position, DeVine
will oversee the bank’s commercial real estate market managers in
Arroyo Grande, Bakersfield, Fresno, Glendale, Palm Desert, Roseville
and Salinas.

He is responsible for new business generation, portfolio
management and development of policies and procedures covering all
commercial real estate and construction lending at the bank. DeVine
earned a bachelor’s in quantitative economics from the University of
California, San Diego and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking
School.
