Bill Foley, the owner of Foley Family Wines, announced Nov. 15 that his company is buying Paso Robles-based Eos Estate Winery.

Foley is chairman of the board for Fidelity National and executive chairman of Fidelity National Information Services. He already owns Foley Estates, Firestone Vineyard and several other wineries

Last year, Eos was the third-largest winery in the Tri-Counties, with 226,000 cases produced.
