Paso Market Walk adds 5 new merchants
Paso Market Walk, a shopping, dining and gathering destination slated to open in February, announced the addition of five new merchants to the Central Coast’s new public market.
Joebella Coffee began as an at-home project 18 years ago in Santa Barbara. Since then, owners Joseph and Isabel Gerardis have searched the world over before selecting the best organic coffee beans available from Africa, Indonesia, Central America and South America. They roast them with care to bring out the distinctly different flavors and qualities particular to each coffee region. Coffee beans, coffee by the cup, tea and espresso will be on the menu.
Third Degree will offer modern grilled dishes, made-to-order gourmet burgers, signature hot and cold sandwiches, house-made soups, fresh salads, rotisserie chicken dishes, and a self-serve salad bar. Owner Jody Storsteen opened Berry Hill Bistro in downtown Paso Robes in 2003 and reinvents that classic bistro by bringing her “comfort food with flair” to Paso Market Walk.
The Juice Box Paso and The Donut Box Paso bring goodness to the body and goodness for the soul together in one location. Owner Sondra Williams’ The Juice Box will feature a full Acai Bar, fresh pressed juice and a Mexican-inspired fruit cup concept. The Donut Box will feature fresh hot mini-donuts. Raised and cake donuts will be available in standard flavors as well interesting flavor combinations such as maple & bacon, plus decorated treats for holidays and special events.
Hog Canyon Brewing, created by longtime friends Larry Chavez & Ben Work, brew beer using barley from their fourth and fifth generation family farms in Hog Canyon along the Cholame Hills of California. They grow their own malt and brew by hand in small batches.
Merchants already announced include Just Baked Cake Studio & Bakery, Montello Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar Tasting Room, The Vreamery, Momotaro Ramen, Paso Wine Merchant and Leo Leo Gelato.
Paso Market Walk is located at 1803 Spring St. in Paso Robles.
