Shares of Oxnard-based CalAmp plunged 9 percent on Christmas Eve, after the company delivered a fourth-quarter outlook that missed analyst expectations. Thomas Aquinas prevails in suit over birth-control mandate

Thomas Aquinas College in Santa Paula, a Catholic four-year liberal arts college, has prevailed in a lawsuit challenging the birth-control mandate of the Affordable Care Act, the school said Dec. 23.
