Pricing and Payments

What are your prices?

Prices vary depending on the product and term purchased. Initial terms offer our lowest available prices. Initial subscriptions are available only to new subscribers.

Will my price change?

At the end of the initial term, your subscription will automatically renew at the current price for your product.

By what methods can I pay?

All purchases require credit card payment and are automatically renewed.

Will my subscription be automatically renewed?

Yes. All subscriptions will be automatically renewed for your convenience. You won’t have to worry about renewal notices, phone calls or missing issues if you forget to renew. You have complete control over your subscription and can contact us to change or cancel this feature at any time. Prior to each renewal, you will be sent a reminder notice stating the term and rate then in effect. If you do nothing, your credit/debit card will be charged at the then current rate. You may cancel the auto-renew feature at any time by emailing [email protected] or calling 805-560-6950.

How do I renew my subscription without the auto-renewal option?

Sign into your online account and navigate here. If you have questions, please contact us at 805-560-6950.

Online Access

What’s the difference between a free online account and a subscription?

An online account will provide access to general business news stories published throughout the day. A paid subscription is required to access subscriber-only content, the Digital Edition, the Book of Lists, and other premium tools and features.

How do I access subscriber-only content online?

Subscriber access is linked to your online account. You must be signed into your account to access subscriber-only content and the digital edition. On the Sign In page, enter your email address and password.

What if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, use the link on the Sign In page to recover it. An email will be sent with instructions to reset your password.

I have a subscription, but no online account. How do I create one?

You can create your free online account by clicking here.

How do I link my online account to an active subscription?

Sign into your online account and navigate here. Any current linked subscriptions will be shown. Use your subscription account number and ZIP code to link additional subscriptions.

Where can I locate my subscription account number?

Your subscription account number can be found on a recent mailing label, invoice or renewal notice. If you cannot locate it, please contact us at [email protected].

When I submit my subscription account number, I’m being told my subscription has already been linked. What does this mean?

This usually means that you have already linked it to a different online account (i.e. a different work or personal email address).

If I start a paid subscription online, will I receive immediate access?

Yes. If you use a credit card to start a subscription online, you will receive immediate online access to subscriber-only content and the Digital Edition.

What is the Digital Edition?

The Digital Edition is a complete digital replica of the printed weekly edition. It is viewable online via an e-reader.

How can I view the Digital Edition?

In order to access the Digital Edition, you must have an active subscription and it must be linked to your online account. To access the Digital Edition, click here.

Am I allowed to share the Digital Edition with others?
